Eventria is a hosted service. Because it is hosted by Eventria, you don't need to worry about servers, disk space, hosting fees, bandwidth, or any technical details that might keep you away from your task at hand: creating and managing events. Leave the rest to us. This hosted approach has proven to be more cost effective, to decrease number of required resources, and achieve more with less.

Your Eventria website is not just a tool for you to use to make your planning easier. It's actually a website that allows you to communicate with your attendees, and vice versa. Through your website, your attendees can RSVP for events, pay online, and make special requests.

When you sign up online, you're taken through a few simple setps that will facilitate the automatic configuration of your site. You can then pay by credit card using our secure credit card processing. Once completed, you will have created your very own event planning site, and will have a specific URL to your new website.

Downloads

There are almost always additional material associated with an event. Corporate events may have documents such as PowerPoint presentations or training materials. Sometimes events are digitally recorded so they can be downloaded and played at a later time. You can make such downloads available in your portal via the Downloads page.
